March Favorites!

I can't believe another month has flown by! With the fresh beginnings of Spring, and the end of March, comes my monthly favorites once again.  I've been trying so many new things but these are the ones that I really love that I think you guys might like too!
  • Wild Honeysuckle Candle: Oh this smells so good! My Mom picked up this treat for me at the end of finals and I fell in love with the wild freesia and soft magnolia scent that is perfect for Spring.  She bought mine at Anthropologie so you can buy yours here!! Thanks Mom!
  • Starbucks Rodarte Cup:  Last year Rodarte teamed up with Starbucks to design a mini collection of Starbucks cups and bags that I absolutely loved. Considering I dream about Rodarte I was more than excited to get my hands on my own. Every time I come home from school I just love it and remember how much I love it.
  • Nikes: I got these for my birthday at the beginning of the month and I adore them.  They have been in quite a few of my outfit posts but I just love them because they are so easy to throw on with any outfit and give it an active sporty feel!
  • Bobbi Brown Blush: I just picked up this color last week and I really really love it.  It's a bright coral color with just a little shimmer and is perfect for Spring. I love Bobbi Brown's beauty products.  This color is Coral 3!  You can pick up yours here!
  • Dr. Gross Boosters: My last favorites I just picked up a few days ago but I already love them enough to recommend them to you guys!  These three come in a pack and each one is a booster, one for brightness, another for moisture, and the third for purifying your skin.  Just a couple drops in my foundation or moisturizer and I can already see the difference in my skin. All of Dr. Gross's products are amazing but these are new treats that I am really loving.  You can pick yours up here!
So those are my favorites for March! What're yours? Let me know in the comments below!

Happy Spring!

It's Spring! I've finished finals, and now have three weeks to get all refreshed for my next quarter!  I've finally had time to update my tumblr, spring clean, and get a little more organized!  But most importantly I'm feeling very inspired to write here!  After cleansing my entire room I decided to treat myself and took a little peek into Lush at their Spring treats.  Of course I couldn't help myself when I saw how cute all of these Easter bath bombs and bubble bars were and went a little bit crazy!

  • Bunch of Carrots-  When I saw these I just about died they were so cute!  Tied up in a bundle, and just the perfect size, I absolutely love these carrot bubble bars that I can swirl under running water for loads and loads of bubbles!  They have a very citrusy and fruity scent that is just a little lemony and smell absolutely amazing for Spring.
  • Golden Egg- The minute I saw the sign next to this egg I knew I was going to love it!  It's a bath bomb melt so aside from being fizzy and colorful it's also coated in cocoa butter making my bath so creamy and moisturizing!  I was a little intimidated by all of the gold sparkles as you can see just holding it my fingers were covered in gold, but I was impressed that getting out of the bath I wasn't completely sparkly, rather my skin just had a subtle shimmer.  On top of that it smells soo delicious with Lush's classic honey-toffee scent that has always been one of my favorites. It is definitely one of my favorites.
  • Bunny- Oh how I love this bunny so! It smells so delicious filled with vanilla and just a bit of floral. His tummy is filled with little blue cornflower petals and crumbling this cute little bunny under running water my bath filled with yummy bubbles!
  • Ohh the Pink Egg-  This bath bomb is a three in one!  There is a second treat inside the first one and so I broke it open and actually used it for three different baths!  It smells so amazing of vanilla and grapefruit and it just made me so cheery being in a bright pink bath!
Let me know which of Lush's Easter treats is your favorite!  Have a lovely day guys !

Birthday Brunch!
The last few days have been so much fun!  I took a break from school and went home for the weekend to celebrate my birthday! Trevor came home and together we went to the aquarium and got to see behind the scenes and feed some of the animals!  It was the best birthday surprise since Trevor knows how much I love the aquarium :) We also surprised Trevor's mom since she didn't know he was going to come home and went to brunch with his family!  It was so much fun to surprise her!  I got these Nikes for my birthday and I can already tell they are going to be one of my favorite pairs of shoes! Trevor was shocked that I got workout shoes but do not be confused... These are not for workouts, actually I've been seeing active shoes as a trend all over the place and had to have a pair of my own!:)  I also got this really cute framed picture that Trevor got me for my birthday and I think it was the absolutely sweetest gift!:)  Let me know what you think about active shoes in fashion :) Have a lovely day guys :)

Favorites of February!

With the month of February came a lot of new favorites in products, clothes, and a few other bits and pieces! Although this list is so completely random I sort of like the idea of making my favorites be whatever I really loved because then I'm not just giving you a random list, but a list that actually means something to me! February seemed to go by in an absolute flash and I can't believe it is already March! So here are just a few of my favorites... !
❤1. Turkish Delight: Oh my god.  If you have ever wondered what heaven smells like its right in this little jar.  Turkish Delight is a shower smoothie from Lush and oh how I love it so.  It smells like pure roses moisturizing and softening your skin.  It is by far my favorite lush product at  the moment! Its a little bit pricey but soo worth it! You can buy it here!
❤2. Hygee Bakery: I've written about this place a few times already, its the little Danish bakery I found at the beginning of the month and I am already obsessed with it.  They have so many delicious treats and amazing coffee and its just absolutely lovely! If you're in the LA area and want to visit its on the cross streets of 11th and Hope.  Definitely stop in you'll probably see me !
❤3. Zara's Spring Collection: Yes, I'm speaking about their spring collection entirely.  It's absolutely brilliant.  With extremely well priced clothes that are always ahead of the trends I love stopping in and picking up a few things whenever I get the chance but last time I was in Zara I was especially impressed! Their spring collection features so many new interesting fabrics that I have never really seen in fashion before! Really cool structured tops, knit blazers (which I love) and amazing patterned pants!  I'm forecasting my spring wardrobe to largely consist of Zara's clothes ! (Oops!)
❤4. Reading: To be specific Jane Austen.  If you do not know, I am such a book worm! I love all sorts of books and stories and I recently decided to reread all of Jane Austen's novels.  I got her full collection book at Barnes and Noble and am starting with Sense and Sensibility.  Trying to fit in time for reading seems a little impossible at times, but being able to pick up a Jane Austen novel and fall into her world is my favorite way to spend a free evening!
❤5. This one is almost a little bit embarrassing... But this month I started watching the series One Tree Hill.  I've never watched it before and I know I am like ten years behind on this but I wandered across it on a boring evening on Netflix and got hooked!  I'm still on season 1 but it's so good!! Definitely my guilty pleasure tehehe!
❤6. Meringues: So of course I have had meringues before but my true love started for them over Christmas break when Trevor and I made them ourselves!  They were so good and I fell in love but when I got back to school I sort of forgot about them as Trevor wasn't here to bake them with me! But then  about two weeks ago I found these little mini meringues at the grocery store and since then its just about all I will eat!  They are so sweet and light and airy and the perfect treat! Especially with a little bit of Nutella!

So those are my favorites for February.  It is a completely random list but it's what I'm loving! What did you guys love this month? Leave a comment below with your February favorites!  Have a lovely day guys!!
