Recently, I began working out a bit and even got myself a gym membership! I didn't feel that I needed to lose weight or anything of the sort, however I came to a point where I decided I wanted to make a lifestyle change. In this week's video I decided to share with you some of my tips and tricks to getting started and staying motivated! I am feeling so much healthier, more energized, and all around happier since I've been getting a little more active! There are so many ways you can incorporate exercise into your daily routines and it can really make a difference in your lifestyle! I hope you guys enjoy this different kind of video! Drew! took of me while we were filming! We had so much fun wandering the streets of LA and this was definitely my favorite Fall look!
